Our workplace First Aid training courses fully met the requirements set out by the HSE for workplace First Aid and will ensure that you and your business remain compliant with the most up to date First Aid skills. All our training courses comply to the 2021 UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines. We use engaging training techniques and practical training to ensure that everyone we teach leaves with the confidence that they could make a difference in a life-threatening situation.
Our Paediatric First Aid Training courses fully meet the requirements for first aid in the childcare setting from the Early Years Foundation Stage and OFSTED and can be completed as a two-day classroom course or blended where day one is completed online through video-based learning and day two in the classroom. Both options fully meet OFSTED and EYFS requirements with the blended training designed to cut down on the time required to be spent in the classroom.
We specialise in Outdoor First Aid training courses. From mountains to beaches, rivers and forests, First Aid in the outdoors comes with its own unique set of challenges. This is not just about First Aid, but about managing incidents with a huge variety of different challanges to consider. Our 16 Hour Outdoor First Aid course meets the requirements for many National Governing Body Instructor Awards.
Emergency First Aid at Work
We offer regular Emergency First Aid at Work training courses in Exeter and the surrounding areas as well as providing onsite training for groups and businesses.
This one day basic first aid training course is aimed at those who are required to act as emergency first aiders in low-risk environments. On this course we cover the most severe medical emergencies including heart attack, CPR including the use of an AED (defib) and much more. Once completed this course will provide delegates with a certificate valid for 3 years from the date of completion which meets the requirements set out by the HSE for workplace first aid.

Our First Aid at Work courses are aimed at individuals and companies working where the risks or severity of injuries are far greater than more low risk environments such as an office.
We deliver the 3-day First Aid at Work courses where delegates will gain a certificate valid for 3 years from the date of completion which fully meets the requirements set out by the HSE for workplace First Aid.

Paediatric First Aid
Our Paediatric First Aid Training fully meets the requirements of OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage for Paediatric First Aid. Covering a wide range of paediatric emergencies and illnesses, this course is aimed at anyone working within the childcare sector.
We are able to offer our 12 hour Paediatric First Aid training as a 2-day classroom course, or as a blended course where day 1 is completed online and day 2 in the classroom.
Both options fully meet OFSTED and EYFS requirements with the blended option aimed at those who struggle to make 2 days in a classroom environment.

CPR and Basic Life Support Courses in Exeter
Our Basic Life Support and CPR courses are designed for anyone who wants to learn life-saving skills but may not need a certificate that complies with workplace regulations. Both the public and healthcare professionals will benefit from our CPR and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals, or Dentists, which will carry CPD credits and count toward the yearly CPR update requirements. In accordance with the UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines for 2021, this course offers a certificate that is good for one year.
